Research Interests
Persistent activity, reported in different cortical regions, may serve
as a potential neuronal basis of working memory. This activity is
usually induced in response to a sensory stimulus, and persists for up
to several seconds after the stimulus is removed. Elucidation of the
mechanisms involved is my main scientific interest.
